Christian is an expert witness with testifying experience on matters of planning and delay. Christian is a Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators, and has over 24 years of construction management, contracting and construction claims experience.

Sean has extensive experience in the specialist disciplines of delay and disruption analysis. He has been appointed as an Independent Delay Expert and drafted numerous reports providing a third-party opinion relating to specific matters of construction project delay. He is a disciplined practitioner of AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 and has been formally trained to provide expert witness evidence.

Walied is a planning/scheduling expert with comprehensive experience in scheduling and project controls, as well as delay analysis and forensic planning. He has provided expert advice and expert witness services to contractors, subcontractors, and project owners on various complex construction projects; ascertaining the facts of delay and demonstrating cause and effect in relation to extension of time claims using a variety of delay analysis methods.

Phil has been in the Middle East region since 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Phil has acted as Quantum Expert including giving oral testimony in front of Arbitrators and Counsel and assisted Quantum Experts in the preparation of reports for major international arbitration proceedings.

Michael is a quantity surveyor, and an RICS registered expert witness in quantum.  He has over 23 years of experience as a quantity surveyor/quantum consultant and has been appointed as a quantum expert.  Michael’s experience has focused on dispute resolution, claims management, and quantum expert services for the past nine years.

Ivana is an experienced forensic delay analyst and an RICS Registered Expert Witness. She has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE and the Middle East, working with major Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors on multi-billion complex construction projects in a variety of sectors.

Robert is an Associate Director of CBBG Group.  Robert has over 10 years of experience in construction planning, construction claims and is an experienced forensic planner and delay analyst. Robert has gained considerable experience in the preparation of extension of time claims for the purposes of claim submissions to Employers, as well as expert commissions in both arbitration and litigation.

Kyle is a quantity surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Having been in the UAE since 2015, Kyle initially worked as a consultant quantity surveyor gaining experience in BoQ preparation, cost estimates, tendering, cost reporting, claim and variation analysis.

Muhammad is a Senior Consultant at CBBG Group. He has extensive experience in the Construction Industry having been involved with several Mega projects within the Airport, Rail/metro, Roads and Bridges, Marine works and Energy sectors.
